Radio will be setup on a fully equipped RF test and service bench as seen in my many YouTube videos.
 
Radio gets tuned and aligned on spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope and Bird 43P for minimum spurious emissions and harmonics. While maintaining maximum on frequency output power and audio.
Receiver is aligned for maximum sensitivity while maintaining a low noise floor. This is verified using a real Sinad meter on my R&S Communications Test Set.
